Returns & Exchanges

At Asobu Middle East, we aim to ensure every order arrives exactly as expected. If your purchase is not suitable, we offer returns and exchanges under the conditions below.

Eligibility

Products purchased through the Asobu Middle East website may be returned or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must:

  • Be unused and in original condition
  • Have all seals, tags, stickers, and packaging intact
  • Not have been filled with water or any liquid
  • Not show any signs of use, wear, or handling
  • Be accompanied by proof of purchase

Orders purchased through third-party retailers or marketplaces must be handled directly with the original retailer.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:

  • Order number
  • Name used for the order
  • Item details
  • Clear photos of the item and packaging
  • Contact details: Email, WhatsApp Number, Contact Number

 

Eligible damaged or incorrect items may qualify for:

  • Full refund including shipping charges, or
  • Exchange at no additional cost

Return & Exchange Fees

UAE Orders

A flat AED 20 return or exchange fee applies.

GCC Orders

Return shipping charges must initially be paid by the customer. Return instructions and shipping details will be provided by our team after approval.

Original shipping charges, including same-day delivery fees, are non-refundable.

  • Order number
  • Customer name
  • Item details
  • Photos showing the unused condition and intact seals

Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days.


Inspection & Approval

All returned items are inspected before approval.

Returns or exchanges may be rejected if:

  • The product has been used
  • Seals or packaging have been opened or damaged
  • The bottle has been filled with liquid
  • The item is returned in non-original condition
  • The request falls outside the 7-day return period

If an exchange item is unavailable, our team will contact you with alternative options.


Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method used during checkout.

Shipping fees and delivery charges are non-refundable except in cases where the item arrived damaged or incorrect.


Exchanges

Approved exchanges are processed within 14 business days after the returned item is received and approved.

Store credit may be offered for eligible exchange requests depending on stock availability.
